Terms & Booking Conditions

These conditions apply to trips organised by Cyrene for Tourism and Travel.

Requests and confirmation

A request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed once we have replied in writing with a proposal and you have accepted it.

Documents

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct entry visa. We assist with visa procedures but cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued.

Changes

Itineraries may be adjusted for reasons of safety, weather or site access. Any material change will be discussed with you in advance.
